How can i cancel my subscription

Cinetentação is a monthly service that will automatically charge you every month on the date you signed up.We have all our info about billing on Privacy Polity and Terms of use

Why isn't Cinetentação functioning?

If Cinetentação isn’t working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your Cinetentação app or account. If you are sure that your connection is ok, Contact our support.

Below are the internet download speed recommendations per movie.

  • 0.5 Megabits per second - You may experience some lag. Recommended use 360p

  • 1.5 Megabits per second - - Recommended use 360p

  • 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended use 480p

  • 5.0 Megabits per second or more - You should be good for any resolution 🙂
